WHAT'S HAPPENING HERE FOR YOUTH?
Bible Classes for ages 3 through Senior High are available on Sundays
during the 9:00 a.m. service. The emphasis is on scriptural knowledge and
application to daily life. Nursery care for newborns through age 2 is available
in the education building during both services, and we have a "Mother's
Room" (upstairs, at the back of the sanctuary) for parents who do not wish
to leave their infants.
Pioneer Girls for grades 3-6 meets Tuesdays at 6:45 p.m. for various
activities including Bible study, singing, skill building and outings.
Christian Service Brigade: Boys and young men meet for programs which
include Bible study, activities, crafts, sports and outings. Stockade for ages
8-11 meets Mondays, 6:45-8:30 p.m.; Battalion for ages 12-18, meets Wednesdays,
7-8:45 p.m.
Youth Group: For guys and gals, 13-18, Sundays at 4:00 pm.
WHAT'S HAPPENING HERE FOR ADULTS ?
On Sunday at 9:00 a.m., adults meet for *Bible Classes on a variety of
subjects, from studies of a particular book of the Bible to Biblical studies of
contemporary issues.
At 10:00 a.m., the education building is open for Coffee Fellowship, when
we can all meet, mingle and get to know each other better.
Prayer Meetings: Mondays a meeting open to all is held here at 8:30 a.m.;
and on Tuesdays, at 6:00 a.m., a Prayer Group for men meets here.
Home Groups: Several groups meet weekly in the evening on different days
for believers and seekers to learn, share, pray or just visit.
Ladies Study Group: Meets at 7:00 p.m. Wednesdays in the Parsonage.
AMEN. This Alliance Men's Group meets here from 7:00 to 9:00 a.m. on the
first Saturday each month.
Classes: The Discipleship Class meets with Pastor Hartley for 10
weeks to help believers grow in their personal walk with Christ and, through
service and fellowship, develop their ability to help others do the same. The
Elders conduct Membership Classes periodically.
Ministries: We have several groups which minister in various ways in our
church and to our community, including Community Action Team, Welcoming Team,
Fellowship Team and Wall Builders.
